Jeannette Marchewka

(singer / vocal coach / violinist)

A versatile artist and exceptional voice!

Born in Cologne, she took her first steps in her musical career as a child, first on the violin and the piano.

Voice and ear training, rhythm, dance and harmony followed at the a specialised High School with a music focus in Cologne.

At the age of 12, her first solo and choir performances followed early on, including "St. Matthew Passion" at the Cologne Philharmonic Hall, "Orpheus in the Underworld" with Sir Peter Ustinov, "Wildschütz" and many more.

Next to a classically oriented professional singing education, Jeannette successfully gained experience in pop bands and participated in musical and studio productions (e.g. commercials).

After a two-year study of musicology at the University of Cologne, Jeannette studied classical opera singing at the Musikhochschule Köln Abt. Wuppertal, closely followed by two nationwide years of touring with the girl group "Deeva", which was landed a place in the German music charts.

The woman with the clear, 3 octave voice shows her versatility in concerts, operettas, such as "Salon Pitzelberger" (Jacques Offenbach), various (TV-)commercials and promotional events as well as musicals all over Europe.

Even before her final exams, the qualified music teacher gave singing lessons at two music schools as well as in her private studio in Cologne.

In 2013 the next interesting music project entered the singer's life. At Victor Smolski's side she played the violin in the "Lingua Mortis Orchestra feat. RAGE" on the Metal-Cruise "70.000 Tons of Metal". The journey led from Miami (Florida) to Cockburn Town on Grand Turk Island (Turks Islands) and back again. A little later she sang in his project "L.M.O." on big festivals like "Masters of Rock" and "Wacken Open Air".

Since the foundation of Alamanc(2015) Jeannette Marchewka has been an integral part of the band, which has meanwhile released three albums ("TSAR", "KINGSLAYER" & "RUSH OF DEATH") and is thus successfully touring both nationally and internationally. (Festivals and tours in Europe, Russia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovenia, Belarus, Poland, Korea etc...)

Next to ALMANAC, she is still part of countless bands and projects in various fields, such as:
